Psychology is all around us—you just need to look. This journal brings together curious minds from all backgrounds to explore how psychology shows up in real life. From personal stories to research-backed insights, we’re here to make psychology accessible, creative, and human.

Who We Are

The Arya Psychology Collective Journal is a platform where diversity meets psychology. Here, a team of pre-professionals from different backgrounds come together to explore how psychology lives in everything we do. Using personal experiences and passions to better understand the world is the first step in improving how we treat and support others — and that’s exactly what this journal is all about.

As a psychology enthusiast and aspiring researcher, I created this site to bridge the gap between academic psychology and real-life application. My goal is not only to share research-driven articles, but also to showcase the wide-reaching influence of psychology across all fields.

Exploring the site, you’ll find a mix of professional research and personal reflections. Psychology is a science, but it’s also deeply human. Sharing both evidence-based knowledge and lived experience allows us to grow in our understanding—and improvement—of ourselves and society.

What You Can Expect from The Arya Psychology Collective Journal:

  • Research-Based Articles: In-depth articles grounded in scientific research

  • Mental Health Resources: Tools and information to support mental well-being

  • Guest Contributions: Insights and stories from guest writers

  • Publications & Research Projects: Updates on ongoing research and published works

Psychology is often seen as a niche subject or something limited to therapy, but in reality, it’s everywhere. Whether it’s navigating relationships, understanding behavior in school or at work, or learning more about ourselves, psychology is a tool for making life richer, clearer, and more compassionate.

So dive in. Stay curious. Because to beat ego, you have to stay curious.

Stay tuned for thoughtful articles, original research, and honest stories that celebrate the power of psychology in everyday life!
