About The Journal
"What is The Arya Psychology Collective Journal?"
A student-led online journal that explores mental health topics through personal experiences, academic interests, and creative perspectives. We aim to make psychology more accessible by connecting it to everyday life.

"Is this a clinical service?"
No. This is an educational and creative platform. We do not provide therapy, diagnoses, or clinical care of any kind.
"Who runs this journal?"
The Arya Psychology Collective Journal was founded and is managed by Leili Arya. Contributions come from individuals with diverse backgrounds—including students, creatives, advocates, and others—each bringing a unique perspective to psychology and mental health.
Contribution & Collaborations
"Can I submit an article?"
Yes! We welcome guest contributors. Articles should explore psychology in relation to your personal interests, work, culture, or lived experience.

"Do I need a psychology degree to write for the journal?"
No. We're a student-led journal open to contributors from all backgrounds. We also welcome guidance or collaboration from professionals to support thoughtful content.
"Can I write anonymously or use a pen name?"
Yes, though we recommend using your real name for transparency and credit. You're still welcome to use a pen name if you prefer—just let us know beforehand!

"How do I submit an article to the journal?"
You can submit your article by sending it to hello@aryapsychjournal.com with the subject “Submission – Your Name.”
Be sure to include a brief bio and any relevant links.​

"How often is new content published?"
We aim for monthly updates, though this can vary based on submissions and scheduling.
"Can I share articles from the journal on social media or for my class?"
Yes, you’re welcome to share our articles in academic settings or on social media, but we ask that you let us know in advance if you're planning to use them for class-related purposes. Mostly importantly, please also credit the author by name (or pen name, if used) and include a link back to the original article on our website.
"What themes or topics does the journal focus on?"
We encourage submissions that blend psychology with other fields of study, reflecting the diverse majors and interests of our team members. We also value curiosity and exploration of new ideas, allowing contributors to stay open to different aspects of psychology.
